Omakase - the Japanese way of «Chef’s Choice» - has been an integral part of the European and Asian fusion cuisine of star chef Philipp Heid in the PRISMA restaurant since 2020. Translated into English, Omakase means «I leave it up to you». The Omakase Menu takes the guest on a culinary surprise journey. The stages of the culinary experience are presented in a sharing style, according to the motto «Two cultures, one plate».
Meat and fish still on offer as a «side dish»
In addition to the treasures from the «earth», the menu can be expanded with «side dishes» from «land» and «water».
